Summary: | 碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 公共事務學系碩士班 === 100 === The leadership style in public sector has transformed from the old management style to t transformational approach. The supervisor’s leadership behavior often time has directs impact on subordinate’s performance at the workplace. Hence, the exchange quality between leader and the subordinate become an important issue.
In this study, the questionnaire survey method was used and targeted the civil servants in northern part of Taiwan with a total recovery of 304 valid questionnaires. This research uses regression model to test the hypothesis we explored. The statistical results show that (1) when civil servants to improve trust in the organization will increase the leader member exchange relationship quality. (2) when public servants to implement transformational leadership, there will be a positive effect on leader member exchange relationship quality and organizational commitment. (3) The leader member exchange relations can improve the civil servants of job satisfaction, job performance, intention to stay and organizational commitment. (4) The leader member exchange relations serve as median between organizational trust and transformational leadership approach.
