However, what influences prosecutor investigator’s job satisfaction, self-esteem, organizational trust and organizational deviant behavior has been noticed these years, this study finds out many causes which includes role stress (role conflict, role ambiguity and role overload), perceived organizational support and leader- member exchange relationship. Previous researches have not yet studied this topic in Taiwan, it deserve to be explored deeply. This study selects prosecutor investigators from northern, central and southern Taiwan as the study subject and received 258 valid samples. This research uses hierarchical regression models to test the hypothesis we explored. The statistical results show that prosecutor investigators’ role stress negatively affects their job satisfaction. On the other hand, perceived organizational support can improve the organizational trust; the leader-member exchange relationship positively influences prosecutor investigator’s self-esteem, organizational trust and job satisfaction. Enhancing prosecutor investigators’ self-esteem can reduce their organizational deviant behavior. Seng-Lee Wong Hsiang-Te Liu 翁興利 劉祥得 2012 學位論文 ; thesis 154 zh-TW
