The team has been able to bring so much utilitiesy, that enhancing the ability to solve problems through mutual coordinations and cooperations, creating effective team. The study uses the military-organization in Taiwan as an example.There are four units military band in Taiwan, which are including the department of defense demonstration of the band and military band of the land, sea and air forces. After ducting the addministrative staff, there are nearly 335 musicians.The questionnaires were sent out 335 people and recycled 330 people in the 39 teams. Tnis research analyzed through descriptive statisiscs, by SPSS, which involves correlation analysis and regression analysis to test various hypotheses. The results showed that: (1) Paternalistic leadership and team member interaction were a significant positive correlation; (2) Paternalistic leadership and the performance of team were a significant positive correlation; (3) Team members interact with the team performance were a significant positive correlation; (4) The interaction of team members for the mediating effect of paternalistic leadership and team effectiveness were not significant. Based on the above results, this study propose the following specific recommendations: (1) Leaders should be have benevolent leadership fot the team members which are upgrading the team performance, the can use love education to encourage team members. (2) Because of the same education qualifications of the leader and crew it shoud not use the authoritarian leadership and avoid the humiliation of group members. (3)The leader in the team should play the role of the listener, and improve the quality of upward communication. It will be helpful enhanced team performances.
