I looked back my learning experience and I discovered that those who can study autonomously are very sparse. According to Barry J. Zimmerman(1996), it is very important that learners are able to evaluate their study passing through study process and complete the work. I took study skills about self-evaluation and time planning that is first critical step on all the study based on Zimmerman(1996) into the class I instructed. And then, I made records on their studying process about self-evaluation and time planning. These records become “portfolio”. Besides, I used the questionnaire to understand it and then reviewed this study through interviews. 1. Base on questionnaire, students have a good display on using study resources and understanding themselves on studying. On the other hand, self-evaluation and time planning need to be improves. Besides, constructing an autonomy learning environment is good to assist students study positively. 2. The majority of students found their problems on studying, but some students still cannot make use of portfolios or understand how to use it. Besides, using portfolio is good to promote the interaction between teacher and students. 3. All the student are satisfied with this program but there are some problems have to be improved, such as how to simplify portfolio usage, and how to teach students much more studying skills or strategies before implementing autonomy learning program.
