The information system is a collective process integrating the industry’s knowledge with computer’s technology, to further support the industry’s daily operation, management as well as the decision makings. Different from the general purpose products, information system development rises because of the actual need from industries as in accordance to the changes of business environment. On situation that the system maintenance and upgrade become so often and increasingly costly, it’s important for the industries to focus on the information system development. Nevertheless, the high staff turnover rate with information system causes a kickback to the industry’s development, not to mention the differentiation of industry’s culture and knowledge which always bring the negative impacts to the progress. In short, the staffs who used to have the successful experience in information system development are not necessarily bringing the same great success to other companies while running the development. It’s crucial that industries educate the new comers of information center; these new comers might be experienced and skilled already, but still they need education and trainings before adopting themselves into the development work with the team smoothly. This report accounts for the industry with information system in small to medium scale. The object of research is the information center’s new recruits who have 3 year experience and have just changed jobs. The main point for research is to build up the job trainings for these new recruits, and to sort out the most appropriate education/training mode for them who are in charged of the information system development. This report is based on the documentary theories and the practical work of the researcher; as a result the researcher tried to formalize a pattern for guiding staffs’ thinking mode and the mechanics for censorship as the key method for educating the staffs in charged of information system development. Through practice, the action research method certifies the effects for enhancing the job training mode. Meanwhile, this research presents the analysis as how the new recruits of information center are influenced by the job training mode. This research was moved in order while processing on the factors and then the results. It covered three stages for research, four analyses for action study and repeatedly the self-inspection and adjustment as well as the five executions for action research. This report brought up the revision of job trading mode for information center’s new employees, and also the finding that a certain pattern for guiding the new recruits’ thinking mode will surely enhance the new recruits’ learning speed and moreover, more engaged in the systematic thinking while working; as for the mechanics for censorship will ensure a more steady performance by the trainees.
