碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 經濟學系碩士班 === 100 === China has been introducing preferential policies since its implementation of economic reform and opening-up in 1979, coupled with broad domestic market 、low wages、similar language、geographical proximity and other factors, and thus attract Taiwan’s manufacturers’ to invest in China. Taiwan businessmen needed to think about Taiwan current market status and attraction of China''s market advantage for investment. When manufacturers invested for the first time, they emphasized the advantages of China market and disadvantages relative to home country; however, when they invested for the second time, the affected factors of home country reduced and the attractive factors of local investing increased, so the determinants between the first and second time investment were different. This article took Taiwan’s listed companies which invested in China during 1991 to 2010 as samples to study the effect of differences between determinants and productive forces in Green FDI and Reinvestment FDI.
