This research mainly focuses on the key of how Taiwan''s direct selling industry can stable development in the E-generation. By using the literature analysis, analysis the changes in proportion of turnover, number of enterprises, and sales of products. Then through SWOT analysis direct selling, general corporate and virtual businesses. Finally estimate what is the key of the overall operation of the domestic direct selling industry and the conclusion of the research, can be serve as a reference for all business operations.
This research found that Taiwan''s direct selling industry currently are no obvious positive results obtained, but most of them hold a positive view at E-business of themselves, shows direct selling industry is in a run-in period, and the mode of operation is gradually tend to a virtual operating, research also found direct selling industry considerable emphasis on education and training, shows the key to stable development of the direct marketing industry, most likely is the education and training.
