Secondly, to compare and match to decide the weighting ratio, use linguistic variables to convert to triangular fuzzy number for multi-criteria decision-making method, and to use the importance of sub-criteria and plan satisfaction sub-criteria for scoring. Lastly, to integrate the hierarchic structure for the comprehensive evaluation of all sub-criteria, then make the use of Chen’s fuzzy numeric ranking method to figure out the best program planning case. In this study, we use Super TV Station Company as an instance in the manipulation of human decision-making patterns on proceeding programs assessment, and intend to offer a decision-making pattern of TV programs evaluation for TV station companies.
