The purposes of the study are to understand the retrospective perspective of adults who received FGI in childhood¸ to explain the meaning of FGI in those adults’ learning and growth, and to explore their perception and evaluation of FGI after they have grown up. After the analyzing the responses of the three adults, the findings of this research are as follows: 1.They all affirm that FGI is able to spur the positive development of children, such as the functions of logic thinking, artistic aesthetic perception, and imaginative creation. 2.The three adults were very fond of the facilities of the FGI, no matter the outdoor musical instruments or indoor Legos, large-size building blocks, or art and craft works hinged on the walls. They also had good impressions about all of the facilities. 3.They also affirmatively agree that the process of operating Fröbel gifts (FGO) was a big positive help to their mathematical ability. These findings are consistent with Piaget’s cognitive development theory. 4.The three adults were subsequently dissatisfied with the didactic teaching of their junior high school learning period. 5.They perceived that the FGI perhaps will not directly influent a person’s view point on life, but surely will have a gradual influence on the functions of a person’s creativity and aesthetics. 6.The effects of FGO are consistent with the characteristics of psychological development through children’s game playing.
