Summary:碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 教育研究所碩士在職專班 === 100 === The study aimed to understand the current situation of elementary school principals promoting knowledge management and curriculum leadership in New Taipei City in addition to analyzing the differences between principals of different background variables in the promotion of knowledge management and curriculum leadership. The study also analyzed the correlation between knowledge management and curriculum leadership promoted by principals. A census was adopted for the research method and “A Survey on the Relationship between Knowledge Management and Curriculum Leadership Promoted by Elementary School Principals in New Taipei City” was prepared by the researcher. The study objects comprised 203 principals in New Taipei City, 179 questionnaires were returned. The data underwent statistical methods including descriptive statistics, independent sample t test, single factor ANOVA, and regression analysis. The following conclusions were drawn from the study: 1. The elementary school principals’ perception for the overall situation reached medium to high level. 2. The elementary school principals’ perception for the overall situation of curriculum leadership reached medium to high level. 3. The dimension of “knowledge storage” in knowledge management for elementary school principals of different “school locations,” contained significant impact. 4. The elementary school principals of different “education degree” showed significant impact on the recognition to the entire curriculum leadership, “building vision objectives” and curriculum implementation. 5. There is highly positive correlation between the knowledge management and curriculum leadership promoted by elementary school principals. Finally, the specific recommendations have been proposed based on the study results as reference for educational administrative agencies, school principals, school administrators, teachers and future researchers.
