碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 國際事務研究所碩士班 === 100 === The research uses Non-Profit Organization (NPO) as the main shaft, using qualitative research method and single-case study, attempting to explore the International Cooperation of Lou Young Cultural and Educational Foundation and other aspects. To use local NPOs international cooperation case as topic, with single case and in-depth interviews, trying to understand different methods of international cooperation of local NPOs and to compare their differences.In recent year, the development of NPOs are thriving, reflects the trend of the development of local organizations in the society recently. They need more connect with the international society with the the impact of internationalization. This research uses NPO, culture and creative industry, and international cooperation as theory basis, to explore the international cooperation of culture and creative industry from the perspective of NPO, and to compare different international cooperation. The research finds out the factors of international cooperation are the resource of the organization and interrelationship. Lou-Young Cultural and education foundation in this case have cooperate with two groups, and successfully completed international cooperation. The difference between two cooperation is the order of organization resources and interpersonal relationship. The finding for this research can provide Lou-Young Cultural and Educational Foundation and the similar type of Cultural and creative groups as an example for international cooperation.
