碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 企業管理學系碩士在職專班 === 100 === Diverse enrollment in colleague education in Taiwan play an important role in the past decade, it made a complete change in past years .when every student want to study in the colleague, they have many ways to choice. They don’t fear that if they don’t well as them can in any one exams .on the other hand, some people who have special specialty can use it to pass the colleague exam. They can find their goal in advance. Besides, it can make students and colleague know with each other for tertiary education. It can save a lot of resources if people made a right choice. The study is conducted by investigation 520 undergraduate students and two l chairman in department of financial. this research uses SPSS to test hypotheses. The empirical findings are:(1) Diverse registrant and pass the colleague exam students is no difference in schoolwork (2) Diverse registrant and pass the colleague exam students is no difference in extra-curricular performance(3) Diverse registrant is higher than the pass the colleague exam students in work experience.(4)Diverse registrant is higher than the pass the colleague exam students in recognition department.(5) In school work, Female is good than male(6) Diverse registrant and pass the colleague exam students is no difference in parent’s background
