Since the rapid changes of the economic environment and international affairs for recent years, the financial sector begins to realize the importance of connecting with the international practice to react the increasingly competitive demand in the financial market. Thus, the enterprise kicks off changing the company structure and bringing new policies to accommodate the competitive environment and gain much more profits then to achieve the goal of sustainable management. In the banking industry, the feeling of interaction between customers and contact employees is the key to success on the business. Therefore, a significant indicator on the profits is to see if the staffs could be continuously or even aggressively taking the same attitude toward his job after the revolution. This research is taking T bank as an example to study when the banking sector proceeds with the changes of organization, to see if the attitude which staffs will arise toward psychological contract will be breached or destroyed, the inner staffs’ performance about the cynicism and the impact on the feel of well-being.
This survey is based on positive research and adopts Questionnaire survey. The samples were 350 staffs who at work in the respective bank (T bank) at North, Central, and South of Taiwan. Due to the mindset were different for the answers when they answered the positive and negative questions, this study was tested only by positive questions. And the results from the study discovered staffs’ attitude toward revolution and the sense of well-being is positive relation. The attitude toward organizational changes and psychology Contract Breach is negative relation. The attitude for staffs toward revolution and the feel of well-being is positive relation. In addition, the relation between psychology contract breach and feel of well-being is negative. Psychology contract breach had mediating effects between the attitudes of organizational changes and the feel of well-being but cynicism had no adjusting effects between the attitudes of organizational changes and psychology contract breach.
