Summary:碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 企業管理學系碩士在職專班 === 100 === The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of supervisor’s Machiavellianism on subordinates’ supervisor-directed deviance behavior. We assumed that supervisor’s Machiavellianism is more likely to conduct abusive supervision toward their subordinate, and then subordinate may take revenge toward their supervisor. Subordinates’ organization self-esteem may moderate the relationship between perceived abusive supervision and subordinate’s supervisor-oriented deviance behavior. There were 740 full-time Air Force Tactical Fighter Wing workers took part of this study. Hierarchical regression analysis was conducted and found the mediating effect of abusive supervision between Machiavellianism and subordinate’s supervisor-oriented deviance behavior. Supervisor who is high in Machiavellianism tented to make subordinate perceived abusive supervision, and then led to subordinates’ supervisor-oriented deviance behavior. Subordinate’s organizational self-esteem did not moderate of the relationship between abusive supervision and supervisor-oriented deviance behavior.
