Rebuilding customer’s confidence and enhancing customer’s satisfaction and loyalty are the most important issues for the bank’s wealth management activities. This study is to investigate the relationship among corporate image, Perceived value, personal banker’s services, customer satisfaction ,and customer loyalty. This purpose of this study is to find out customer’s needs in wealth management and create a triple-win outcome for customers, financial consultants, and banks. A set of sample includes 450 observations collected from a questionnaire survey. This study utilizes an exploratory factor analysis to explore factors affecting customer satisfaction.
