Description
Summary:碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 企業管理學系碩士班 === 100 === Using the benchmarking method, this research analyzes the hospital’s service performance of two countries, Indonesia and Taiwan. This research takes one sample of benchmarking hospital from each country, and one sample of target hospital from each country. Using quantitative research methods, 300 questionaires with 300 respondents are taken for each country to determine the performance of services of each hospital. The purpose of this research is to build strategies for hospital industries that cater to both countries, Indonesia and Taiwan based on analysis from benchmarking method. The benchmarking method involves key success factors and the four strategic cells: “anchoring”, “narrowing”, “following-up”, and “catching-up”. It was determined that the target hospital, Zahirah hospital, from Indonesia has one core value, and some strategy is needed for the “following up” and “catching up” cells, while Postal hospital has zerocore values and needs to improve the “catching up” and “following up” cells.
