It is used to discuss the relationship of nonlinear and dynamic complex adaptive system. In real life, the economic model is dynamic and complex. These are very important in many social science fields. Thus this research proposed a performance measurement model based on difference equcation method. For the requirement of dynamic business environment, a three dimensions decision approach which considers the past, present, and future performance is proposed in this article. The analytical framework of the proposed method is integrated with grey prediction model and grey relationship analysis which is one of the project evaluation methods. Not only considering the different attribute weights, but also the time weights in different time sections are analyzed in this research. The major two characters of proposed method are predicting the future performance scores in dynamic multiple attributes decision making processes and defining the entire performance by the integration of inner product of attributes and weights scores in analytical time sections. Based on the analytical result, we find that the non-dominated solutions and the attributes which entropy value equal zero in single time section cannot be omitted in dynamic multiple attributes decision making processes. Finally, we use numerical example for the fourth party logistics vendor selection problem to illustrate advantages, limitations, simplification, and validity of the proposed method.
