Summary:碩士 === 康寧大學 === 資訊傳播研究所 === 100 === This study aims to investigate the differences and relationships of learning motivations and satisfactions from the athletic class students in different backgrounds. The total sample is 450 junior high athletic students from December, 2010 to February, 2011. The study adopts “Questionnaire for Learning Motivations and Satisfactions of athletic students in junior high schools in Yulin County” as its study tool. The data are analyzed to acquire the four factors of the learning motivations, including “knowledge and skills”, “achievements and rewards”, “health and growth” and “environment and training circumstance”. Four factors of learning satisfactions are “supports from others”, “hardware equipments”, “peer relationship”, “self development” and “coach professional knowledge”. Descriptive Statistics, one-way ANOVA, Scheffé's Post Hoc Comparison, and canonical correlation analysis are used to analyze the data. The major findings of the study are as follows:(1)There are significant differences in the study motivation, including different grades, genders, specialty items, athletic class studying experiences in elementary schools and family income.(2)There are significant differences in the learning satisfaction, including different grades, genders, specialty items, athletic class studying experiences in elementary schools and family income.(3)There is positive relationship between learning motivation and satisfaction.
