The main purpose of explore teenager's recreational sports participation motivation, the sports injuries prevention attitudes and sports safety behavior awareness and understanding among. In the paper operations, Teenagers demographic variables are defined as gender, school type, whether the fixed leisure activities, leisure activity projects, sports events, sports frequency, sports time, sports intensity, whether the sports injury experience, whether the injury prevention knowledge and skills such as ten items. Recreational sport participation motivation is defined as: knowledge of demand factors, health fitness demand factors, stimulate avoid factors, social demand factors and psychological demand factors of the five aspect. Sports injuries prevention attitudes is defined as: sports injury prevention knowledge and sports injury prevention skills of the two aspect. Sports safety behavior is to investigate the behavior of individual prevention of sports injuries. Research was based Pingtung County public and private secondary schools for sampling maternal. Using stratified random sampling to conduct a survey. Total of issued 400 questionnaires. Recover 374 valid questionnaires. The effective response rate was 93.5%. Recovery of data use SPSS 12 statistical software to conduct analysis. Data analysis methods including descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation and multiple regression analysis. Research results are as follows: 1. Teenagers demographic variables in recreational sport participation motivation: school type, whether the fixed leisure activities, sports events, sports frequency, sports time, sports intensity, whether the sports injury experience, whether the injury prevention knowledge and skills of the aspect are significant differences. 2. Teenagers demographic variables in sports injuries protective attitude: gender, school type, sports frequency, whether the injury prevention knowledge and skills of the aspect are significant differences. 3. Teenagers demographic variables in sports safety behavior: whether the fixed leisure activities, sports frequency, whether the injury prevention knowledge and skills of the aspect are significant differences. 4. Recreational sport participation motivation and sports injury prevention attitude was classified as medium positive correlation. 5. Recreational sport participation motivation and sports safety behavior was classified as medium positive correlation. 6. Sports injury prevention attitude and sports safety behavior was classified as medium positive correlation. 7. Recreational sport participation motivation for sports injury prevention attitude have a significant effect. 8. Recreational sport participation motivation for sports safety behavior have a significant effect. 9. Sports injury prevention attitude for sports safety behavior have a significant effect.
