Description
Summary:碩士 === 康寧大學 === 生產事業管理研究所 === 100 === In recent years, the development of information industry is very quickly in the industry because of technological progress. The term of supply chain management has been existing for many years, and the term of the green supply chain management in recent years has risen. Therefore, it is necessary to make the supply chain management to conform to international situation to enhance the competitiveness throughout the supply chain. The current international situation is that competition in the supply chain and effective supply chain cost management will be one of the key to success. This research combines the concept of forward and reverse logistics first, and describes the SCOR model(supply chain operations reference model) framework. Afterward, a supply chain cost model is constructed, and the notebook computer industry is selected as an example, and then the significant factors are screened by using sensitivity analysis. The influence of the manufacturer and the recycling centers for analysis result of the supply chain cost is significant., that is, it will focus on these two for improving supply chain costs.
