This study is based on road and rail transport as the object of the study to improve energy and environmental benefits. With 2010 as the base year, through the LEAP (Long-range Energy Alternatives Planning system) energy simulation planning software, conduct policy analysis. According to research findings, the transport sector to the future of energy consumption in 2050 can be in reducing by approximately 6,015.6 KLOEs effective and in reducing the emissions of greenhouse gases by about 1,549.54 ten thousand tons, while indeed be helpful in reducing road traffic congestion and improve the quality of the environment . In future, the government should be prepared to actively implement comprehensive measures to replace for fossil fuels with electricity.
