Summary:碩士 === 嶺東科技大學 === 數位媒體設計研究所 === 100 === As computer technology advances and market demand, 3D games have gradually become the mainstream in game market, and there are many kinds of characters in 3D games, these characters become an important issue for modern 3D games.Production of character in 3D games is quite complex and time-consuming, if constrained speed to make instead resulting in poor result, therefore to further explore in the production of the necessary supporting knowledge can effectively help 3D game character production efficiency.This study aims at face production of character in 3D games; this study believes that knowing certain degree of art conception before the production of character in 3D games can make process of the production more smoothly. Through the literature, it shows that to map out face models of characters in 3D games and manipulate process of them. The manipulation shows : 1.Change the base about face models of characters in 3D games effectively by theories of traditional artistic creation. 2. Finish the 3D models completely by using less information. 3. Get more quality in running in real-time of games by using the game engine.
