However, such differences in culture and economy make it difficult for Taiwanese people to plan and execute management, especially in human resources. Therefore, this study is to explore how the three variants, Work Values, Internal Service Quality as Leader-Member Exchange in the hope of improving the plight of Taiwan businessmen in PRC and business performance management. In this study over two manufacturers and one electronics industry, it is easily found that the three variants, Work Values, Internal Service Quality along with Leader-Member Exchange do influence the work performance, no matter what their nationality is.
