spelling ndltd-TW-100LHU054890372015-10-13T21:50:44Z http://ndltd.ncl.edu.tw/handle/23895040417260691070 The effects of oxygen flow rate on ozone production efficiency 不同氧氣流量對於臭氧生成效率之影響 Yun-horng Wu 吳運泓 碩士 龍華科技大學 工程技術研究所 100 Ozone is a strong oxidizer and has the function of disinfection。In biology industry,ozone is used to disinfecting,deodorizing, keeping fresh and improving the quality of water in aquaculture and etc﹒General ways to generate ozone are including Ultraviolet,Electrolysis and Dielectric Barrier Discharge(DBD) etc﹒In this study,I transformed oxygen to ozone by DBD and tested the change of ozone concentration and generation efficiency under the conditions like different oxygen flow rates,pulse voltages and with/without cooling water for improving the equipment of ozone generation to save the cost。 In the experiment,ozone concentration reached up to 20g/m3,the limit of ozone inspector,when the oxygen flow rate at 1 L/min、2 L/min、3 L/min、4 L/min、5 L/min、6L/min、10L/min、15L/min and 20L/min。The ozone concentration with cooling water was increasing during the pulse voltage was rising up。However, when ozone concentration reached up to the limit,the ozone concentration tended to milder or declined。The turning point of the ozone concentration in DBD without cooling water was earlier than with cooling water。That means that the ozone concentration in DBD with cooling water remained to increase with the rising of the pulse voltage until it reached up to the turning point while the ozone concentration in DBD without cooling water reached up to the turning point。Ozone generation efficiency reached up to the highest point with the pulse voltage at about 5.2kV-7.4kV and then tended to milder or declined。Moreover,ozone generation efficiency reached up to the highest point at 98.06g/kWh when the oxygen flow rate was at 10L/min with the pulse voltage at 6kV。 Ta-Lun Sung 宋大崙 2012 學位論文 ; thesis 91 zh-TW
