Synthesis of a variety of nano catalysts in the oxidative removal of thiophene
碩士 === 龍華科技大學 === 工程技術研究所 === 100 === In the present study, synthesized three nanoscale catalyst, Viz. TS-1, Cu / RHA and AuRu/Fe2O3, In TS-1 changed the amount of TBOT and aging time. In Cu / RHA , the rice husk ash was used as a support on copper and varied the calcination temperature. In AuRu/Fe...

In AuRu/Fe2O3 ,Fe2O3 was used as a support and added a single metal and bimetallic. Catalyst phase identification was done using XRD. Morphology and particle size of the catalysts were examined with SEM analysis., BET measured the surface area. ,SDT to find out the best calcination temperature. Oxidative Desulfurization of Thiophene in isooctane in a small simulated gasoline and use the prepared catalyst as a catalyst by adding hydrogen peroxide as the oxidant, The clear solution of the reaction mixture was analyzed by GC-MS, and from the calibration curve the conversion of thiophene was calculated. The products were identified and confirmed by GC-MS. The result showed that TS-1 gave conversion rate between 75.5~94.8%. The amount of TBOT 1 g, aging time 1.5 days gave the largest surface area and the conversion rate better than other Cu / RHA conversion rate of 66.5~79.9%. Varying the calcination temperature on copper oxide, changes the crystal size and particle agglomeration, The highest conversion rate was achieved at a calcinations temperature of 500℃;AuRu/Fe2O3 for between 72.6 ~90.6%,Bimetallic catalyst the second the presence of a catalyst will affect the reactivity and stability.
