Summary:碩士 === 龍華科技大學 === 商學與管理研究所 === 100 === Due to the fact that financial environment changes rapidly and the continuously climbing complexity of global financial business; financial institutions and commercial banks not only work hard to improve their existing service, also focus on innovation to enhance their operating performance. To cope with the rapid changing environment and improve services, bankers put efforts on looking for the vital elements that reenforce employees’ working performance. Under similar circumstances, decent service quality and the differentiation of products can efficiently define employees’ professionalism and performance. This research used domestic banks as an example to discusse the evaluation structure of operating performance in financial industry. There were two stages in the evaluation structure, used Centroid and Signed Distance methods for evaluation, and further used Fuzzy Evaluation Model for case study. Five facets were focused in this research: profitability, liquidity, security, efficiency, and growth; the main conclusions for this research are listed as below. At first, from the conclusion, all of the main facets were important among different samples However, the security was the most significant factor. Secondly, discuss and communicate the operating performance about other rivals can keep the service quality and improve the ability of operating. Thirdly, the higher mobility, the better efficiency and can enhance the optimisation. and the finally, among the same time period, the higher maturity will lead the better development and higher stability; and using the laws of levers can be more profitable.
