碩士 === 龍華科技大學 === 商學與管理研究所 === 100 === The thesis titled “Some solutions to enhance the quality of human resources of Vietnam Construction and Development Stock Company” is based on cognition of importance of human resources in the context of the integration of Vietnamese economy. Human resources play an important role in the strong development and sustainable existence of enterprises. In order to develop quickly and stably, we need to create high quality human resources and have policies to make the most use of such human resources. Before research of actual situation of human resources quality, it is required to point out concepts, basic theories, criteria of evaluation of human resources quality and human resources management. Methods of analysis and synthesis of secondary data: magazines, books, reports on the current situation of human resources quality in combination with quantitative method which is to review and use questionnaires to the Human Resources Director, Chiefs of Divisions and Heads of some teams in the Company. After implementation of research method and analysis of collected data, the thesis shows the actual situation of human resources quality of Vietnam Construction and Development Joint Stock Company. Such actual situation has also shown issues which influence quality of human resources, shortcomings of human resources quality as well as of human resources management in the Company; then, recommend solutions on planning of human resources, remuneration and bonus policy, process of recruitment, new traning and re-training in order to enhance the human resources quality, well deal with personnel relationship in the Company... In spite of strong financial source and modern equipments and machines, without enhancement of human resources quality, an enterprise shall not gain success. Upon research and analysis of human resources quality in Vietnam Construction and Development Joint Stock Company together with recommended solutions, it is found to be suitable with initial aims of research included in this thesis. With recommended solutions on enhancement of human resources quality, it is hoped that Vietnam Construction and Development Joint Stock Company shall more and more strongly develop in the next time.
