碩士 === 龍華科技大學 === 商學與管理研究所 === 100 === Vietnam is on the way to improve its human resources quality aiming to national industrialization and modernization. Accordingly, as I also desire to enhance the human resources quality at the workplace where I am working, I decided to choose the study theme “Developing human resources strategy for The Service and Office Rental Enterprise - Thang Long Ford Joint Stock Company”. With this study theme, my thesis is completed with following targets: Defining the basic theory for developing business and human resources strategy; Analyzing the actual situation of human resources management in The Service and Office Rental Enterprise; Recommending the strategy for human resources development for The Service and Office Rental Enterprise. This thesis has applied the traditional study methods, analyzed and assembled secondary data in this thesis. Simultaneously, group discussion has been conducted to collect primary data. By means of group discussion, the author has chosen sample as managers of all levels in the Enterprise, other managers relating to the Company's human resources and 20% of the Enterprise's employees to hold the seminar. After carrying out study, analysis and evaluation, the thesis has made a recommendation to develop human resources strategy for The Service and Office Rental Enterprise – This result is consistent with the preset target.
