Summary: | 碩士 === 龍華科技大學 === 商學與管理研究所 === 100 === Vocational training and employment for workers is said to be a long-term task, which possess both urgent and meaningful economic and social implications. In Vietnam, high percentage of the national labor force consists of rural women workers. With the implementation of the policy for the development and modernization of agriculture and rural development in Vietnam, new requirements on the quality of human resources have places much concern in particular the rural women workers. Hence, the current study focuses on the qualifications and employment of rural women workers Hanam Province, which is currently under great pressure by the policy due to industrial development and urbanization. More specifically on the rural women workers of 35 to 49 years old and have difficulties in career transition and job search. Case study methodology was adopted focusing on clarifying the basis of theoretical and practical problems for Vocational and employment of rural labor. Assessment of the status of vocational training and employment of rural women workers Hanam Province from 2005 – 2009 was accomplished. Recommendations were provided for the creation of jobs for women workers in rural Hanam Province for the year 2015 onwards.
Scientific contribution of the thesis:
* System of a theoretical basis for vocational training and employment for rural women workers.
* Analyze and evaluate the status issue of quality human resources, the demand for vocational training and employment for rural women workers Hanam Province today.
* Proposed solutions are feasible in order to gradually build a skilled workforce and local employment and employment in enterprises for rural women workers in the province of Hanam.
