Description
Summary:碩士 === 高苑科技大學 === 機械與自動化工程研究所 === 100 === The commercial use Al-Mg-Si series of straight wire rods contained with 6061 Aluminum alloy is made in this study as the material to be investigated in self-clinching fastener’s products. The aluminum alloy’s material made in Japan and Taiwan after aging treatment is carried on the cutting formation, the material test and the surface measurement. Then comparison is made through the relationship among microstructure, mechanical property and surface roughness in heterogeneous alloys. The experimental results show that aluminum alloy’s separation Mg2Si after aging treatment plays a critical function at the strengthened effect of the Al-Mg-Si series of alloys. If the smaller the crystal grain size is, the more the separation phase number, the smoother the shape and the more uniform the spread will be. Then its material strength and hardness become higher. This leads the processing surface roughness to reduce, and raises the surface quality of the self-clinching fastener’s products. Keywords: Aluminum alloy, Crystallinity, Surface roughness.
