In this study, the pulse-reverse plating formed a homogeneous micro-arc oxide layer that increased the hardness, thickness and corrosive resistance. In this study, the optimum conditions of plating solution were established as followed:2 M sodium hydroxide, 0.05 M sodium citrate, 0.08 M sodium tetraborate, 0.2 M tetramethyl ethylene diamine, 0.2 M phosphoric acid, 0.1 M sodium silicate and at 6℃. The best parameter for treatment potential is 316 V. Keywords:Micro-arc oxidation、AZ91D alloy、Corrosive 、Hardness.
