Summary:碩士 === 高苑科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 100 === Modern consumers rise because of consumption consciousness, unwilling only to accept the one-way service, Customer’s demand in serve, has changed into pluralism already, though libraries don’t ask for the purpose with commercial, they still need readers' use, otherwise they will lose existence value of the library, in order to offer service according with reader's demand, they are tracking constantly that explores readers' demand, improving the service offered continuously, promoting and interactive relation among readers, and then improve readers' satisfaction with using the will, in order to improve the rate of utilization of the library, it is the greatest subject at present of the library. This research turns into a conduct and changes one by oneself by serving quality, use experience, demography, changing one for the intermediary in satisfaction, use the will again as in accordance with changing one, research object cures the readers of the library of University of Science and Technology of the thing in order to study the parent for China, this research grants 200 questionnaires altogether, the effective questionnaire is 180. Originally discover that fruits following: 1.First, demography changes on the use experience and service quality, there exists some relation. 2.Second, demography changes on the use experience and satisfaction there exists some relation. 3.Third, service on the quality and satisfaction, there exists some relation. 4. Fourth, service on the quality and satisfaction and the will of reuse exists some relation.
