According to the demographic statistics issued by the Council for Economic Planning and Development, Taiwan has transferred to an aging society since 1993 and it is expected that Taiwan will be an aged society in 2017, representing population of 65 years and older reached 14 percent nationwide. As its population is aging fast, it will result in the continuing increase in the number of old people who get chronic diseases. Thanks to the concept and promotion of preventive medicine, it helps to decrease the medical expenses and human production losses largely. People have the health conscious and further to build up their stamina and disease-resistant ability. Therefore, the demand of health food is increased. Health food refers as all food which could help people to enhance their physical functions. According to the analysis results, the most important factor the senior concerns about is physical condition. As the increasing of the senior population, the demand of health food will be rapidly increased. The basis of this study is followed by the “Theory of Planned Behavior”. The observation variables and external variables are found out from the related documents of health food. Furthermore, to search out the main elements through Questionnaire Survey and Structural Equation Model, confirmed by Amos. The results also show that the “attitude”, “subjective norm” and “perceived behavioral control” greatly affect the behavioral intension of utilizing health food. The data of structural equation model shows “attitude belief” as 0.36, “subjective norm” 0.40 and “perceived behavioral control” 0.37 respectively. Therefore, the suggestions of this study are described as below: 一、Attitude: It is suggested that to focus on the individual interests and products efficiency and to get national health food certification. 二、Subjective Norm: It is suggested to get the “family” and “colleagues” willinglyness to these heath food through marketing activities and further to have their parents and the senior to utilize them. 三、Perceived Behavioral Control: To educate the senior people further understand the knowledge of health food and healthy information. 林錦郎 溫國豪 2012 學位論文 ; thesis 131 zh-TW |
