Description
Summary:碩士 === 高苑科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 100 === Abstract The purpose of this investigation is to study the performance of management of and learning at musical societies outside of elementary schools through the analysis of literature, by making use of Qualitative Research in-depth interviews and by adopting purpose-based sampling interviews. This study is done on the managers and staff involved in this case, school units and the parents of the ocarina club members in schools. The study is aiming to increase the efficiency of social systems so as to establish multiple musical learning channels for musical societies inside or outside of schools, which can play a role in promoting musical education. Due to the current low-birthrate, the Ministry of Education has started developing plans for the establishment of characteristic schools. It can help strengthen the marketing of schools by adding more outside school societies and coordinate characteristic society activities with the co-management and direction of professionals, internal school teachers and external teachers. This study uses SWOT and Five Forces Analysis to further analyze and discuss the case: The Various Strategies for the Process of Developing and Running Elementary School Ocarina Societies The researcher collected related information through observation, in-depth interviews and data-collection. After analysis and discussion, the major conclusions of this research are as follows: 1、Conclusions of the Interviews of the Internal Organizations (1)Factors of internal and external environment: Facing a future low-birth rate environment and economic recession, managers should have an accurate perspective and face up to the necessity of transforming management and efficiently executing the long-term and continuing management goals of ocarina societies. (2)Mechanism for interaction between clubs and community resources: By est ablishing mutual relationships and identities and by interacting effectively with communities, ocarina clubs can achieve sustainable management. (3)School strategic alliances with industry: cooperation and strategic alliances between schools and industry can create more educational and competitive environments as an advantageous and productive way to develop, leading to endless possibilities. 2、The Conclusion of Interviews from External Organizations (1)School units: All schools are located in different cultural and geographical areas. Support for outside societies at schools depends on chief executives with different philosophies of education and values. Hsin-Chya Elementary School doesn’t have any extra-curricular clubs run by outside societies, so it has no ocarina clubs; on the contrary, Yong Fang Elementary School has a supportive attitude towards the development of extra-curricular clubs, considering this difference in attitude is essential in successfully establishing a characteristic school. After the recent merger of the City and County Bureaus of Education, neither focused policies nor funds for the establishment of ocarina clubs have been issued thus far. (2)Students and Parents of Students Participating in Ocarina clubs: This shows the importance of the ocarina teachers’ abilities as well as the students’ learning performance. Besides, the analyses show a high satisfaction rate on the issue of, “relationship among classmates”, and a low satisfaction rate on the issue, “school administration”. The results indicate that school units don’t emphasize outside-school clubs. Based on the findings mentioned above, the research offers case managers, education departments, principals and future researchers suggestions for the management of teaching resources, the development of musical clubs and how to choose a club for both parents and students.
