Summary: | 碩士 === 高苑科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 100 === General speaking, the key successful factor of organization needs to combine the effective leadership and management. However, facing the embarrassing situation of national economic depression and mass of leaving talents, the influence of leader’s essence is obviously showed by its importance. This research aims to discuss if the authoritarian leadership of an enterprise may forecast the organization commitment through the mediating process of the subordinate’s trust in his/her supervisor from the viewpoint of “Leadership is the foundation stone of organizational competitiveness.”The structure of study is based on the path-goal theory to introduce the Book of Changes(I-Ching Theory) in the connecting use of deduction and induction. On the method, this study belongs to the descriptive investigation and is in accordance with the spirit of Tashakkori and Teddlie’s “Design of Transformative Mixed Methodology (2003)” focusing on employees of C enterprise as this case study’s samples. Total 215 effective questionnaires have been collected. The result of study shows (1) shang-yan leadership or task related authoritarian leadership has remarkably negative forecast effect about subordinate’s trust in his/her supervisor, (2) trust in supervisor has obviously positive forecast effect for organization commitment, (3) shang-yan leadership or task related authoritarian leadership has remarkably negative forecast effect for organization commitment, and (4) shang-yan leadership or task related authoritarian leadership may further forecast employee’s affective commitment and continuance commitment through the trust in his/her supervisor. (5) combine the meaning of management of hexagrams revolution and opposition from the quantitative research and qualitative analysis, and derive the life equation from them. Last but not least, hope this study may contribute our efforts to our nation and head toward the universe forever.
