In order to keep the human resources and maintain the economic development, labor safety education training and learning effectiveness have become important issues. According to 2010 statistics reported by the Council of Labor Affairs in Taiwan, two worker injuries or deaths occurred every hour. The direct and indirect economic losses are difficult to estimate. Hence, avoiding occupational disasters requires intensive studies and efforts. Moreover, the study focused on prevent falling events in the e-Learning system and selected two construction projects to join the test of safety education. The research will focus on e-learning course of construction safety education and how to improve training education efficiency during working process. The study also extracts several influential key knowledge factors via training activities and uses Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) to filter some important key factors which could effect safety education and through consistency to prove questionnaires effectively, such as “ Supporting the interaction on the platform”, “Quality of Internet connected”, “User friendly”. The research also found that following knowledge management system and practical critical indicators could improve efficiency of e-learning training education as well as to display obviously knowledge management results.
