To cope with the difficulties of implementation of business ethics caused by four moral dilemmas--distinctions of moral cognition, confusion of role-set configuration, incommensurability of moral value, and complexities of decision making, this systematic model led to the resolutions through the co-operations of its four subsystems: (1) learning & development, (2) cognition & reasoning, (3) judgment & arbitration, and (4) behavior & feedback. Through the functional comparison between the systematic model and other moral operation models; and by authenticating the propositions derived from the built system, the result of its reliability and validity was in accord with assumptions of this study. The findings implicate that the behaviors and moralities of enterprise eventually can be improved as a systematic model provides an entire perspective of moral operation process and can assist managers in distinguishing the influencing morality factors expeditiously.
