The color analyzer is captured each grayscale luminance and depicted the gamma curve. The above complicated process must be performed several times and replaced the series resistance by manual operation. In order to achieve the 0.1% error value purpose of gamma calibration curve for repetitive work, it can follow and enhance the high efficiency industry requirement. In this thesis, it is necessary to include the automation calibration system instead of the complicated and repetitive tasks. Digital programmable chips can be induced to correct the fine node voltage, and it can also control the programmable instrument by a USB interface. The automation calibration system is mixed the instrument interface for pressing the software execution button with graphical user interface (GUI) to replace and correct the Gamma curve. This thesis can enhance the industry performance cost ratio (PCR) of retinal grade panel process for the new iPad product, etc.
