Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 電子工程系 === 100 === This study uses 12 different cymbals of brass plate size, 7 of them as a thick copper(1mm), 5 thin copper(0.6mm), combined with PZT piezoelectric ceramic plate, conducted under 4 different mechanical impact measurement, respectively the impact measurement to single measurement and floor measurement. Since the little steel ball of 16.4g does freely falling body sports for the mechanical energy source that single quantity examines, and the floor type is measured and examined, use a 10* 10cm2, the iron lump of heavy 340g does freely falling body sports.
The electric power that cymbal type transducer produces will be with the metal cap thickness (tb) , the diameter of cavity cone (de2) inside and the diameter of top of metal cap (de1) difference, take place variation tendency. The study found that the interior angle formed by the cymbals metal cap at the top diameter and cavity cone diameter end of the cone angle decreases, thus the strength of receiving of the diameter of cavity cone increased, and the electric power could be increased. With the increase in the thickness of the metal cap, metal cap hypotenuse of deformation resistance and constraint torque will increase , the electric power decreased. The results showed that the generated energy of tb = 1mm, de2 = 9mm, de1 = 2mm cymbals structure is the most stable.
