The final products were used in the degradation of methylene blue (MB) under visible light irradiation to evaluate the photocatalytic degradation efficiency. From the results of photocatalytic properties, SEM images of TiO2 showed hierarchical “Cancellous Bone-Like” microstructures after calcined at 500℃or 600℃. The maximum BET specific surface areas of the P-doped TiO2, 205.45 m2/g, was about four times than the one of Degussa P25.The XRD patterns of all the experimental sample revealed anatase TiO2. In a comparison of the degradation ratio of methylene blue (MB) on all different catalyst samples under 450 W visible light irradiation, The sample with doping 0.951 mmole DBP showed the highest photocatalytic degradation activity as the extent of degradation reached nearly 99% in just 10 minutes. It needed 40 minutes for Degussa P25. Hence the P doping ratio obviously raised the photocatalytic activity of TiO2. Li-Heng Kao 高 立 衡 101 學位論文 ; thesis 103 zh-TW
