The emulsifiers include p-Phenolsulfonic Acid (PSA) and iron salts DSFe ( FeCl3 + SDS ) and DBSFc ( Ferrocene + DBSA ) which acting as the secondary dopant to improve the conductivity of PANINFs after the doping by primary protonic acid. The morphology and microstructure of PANINFs are examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and four-point probe was used to measure its conductivity; XRD and UV-Vis spectra to characterize the crystalline structure and conjugation chain length of the prepared PANINFs, respectively. And FTIR was used to characterize the chemical structure of PANINFs, and finally, the impedance spectrum analyzer was used to measure the EMI shielding effectiveness(SE). With the co-axial cell, the measured SE value was found to be up to 10dB with DSFe and DBSFc behaving as both emulsifiers and secondary dopants in preparation of the PANINF and the eventual electrical conductivity can reach as high as 13.6 S / cm, increasing its potential candidation for the EMI.
