The innovative advanced research project is featured with challenge of high objective, risk undertaking, entrusts the implementation agency with implementing flexibility as well as creates innovative advanced management system and R&D environment. The research aims to study the key success factors for MIRDC implements innovative advanced research project and further provides the institutes with suggestions to increase the performance for the implementation of innovative advanced research project. Based on performance evaluation model of advanced technology project, this project conducts quantity statistics analysis to select one case for study. Additionally this research uses literature review and the related theories from experts and scholars as basis to locate the related key success factors and conduct analysis through expert questionnaire. Research results indicate that key success factors for MIRDC to implement innovative advanced research project include “market environment”, “technical environment”, “project proposal”, “technical development”, “technical output”, “technology transfer”, “enterprise infrastructure” and “human resource management”. Application of these eight dimensions in the implementation of innovative advanced research project will ensure the efficiency and expedite technology R&D achievement to disseminate to the industry.
