| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 工業工程與管理系 === 100 === With the influence of global economical development, information technological advancement, contracted product life cycle, and the awakening consumer consciousness, competitions sets among various kinds of industries in Taiwan have become fiercer within these years. The measure that single enterprise took for decision could no longer manage the competitive market. In order to enhance the efficiency of supply chain and lower the risk and cost, the enterprise needs to increase the competitiveness among supply chain systems to balance the competitive market. Under this circumstances, the measure that the supplier to managed the stocked was proposed. In addition, this measure also demonstrated the improvement of inventory production. However, this measure lacks the practical research on the order production. In this Research, the performance of the Order Production of vendor managed inventory analysis and improvement, and performance indicators for the average order processing time, the use of system simulation to build the model, and use experimental set up one and analysis techniques to identify the key factors affecting this variable .
