Many managers and scholars also pointed out that employees’ knowledge sharing attitude is one of the key elements of knowledge management. In addition, managers also recognize that employees' psychological capital is an important source for organizations to gain a competitive advantage in the globalization market. Moreover, knowledge sharing is established on the basis of interpersonal relationships, and an individual's social network is the key medium for sharing knowledge. Drawing on the social cognitive theory and theory of reasoned action, this study suggests social capital as the environmental variables, psychological capital as the personal variables, and knowledge sharing intention as the behavioral variables, and attempts to explore whether psychological capital affect knowledge sharing intention through knowledge sharing attitude. In addition, the research includes social capital as a moderator to explore the moderating effect of the relationship between knowledge sharing attitudes and knowledge sharing intention. In this study, employees in the privatization enterprises were the research samples and a total of 490 valid samples were collected. The results of this study were described as follows: 1. There is a significant positive relationship between psychological capital and knowledge sharing intention. 2. There is a significant positive relationship between knowledge sharing attitude and knowledge sharing intention. 3. Knowledge sharing attitude mediates the relationship between psychological capital and knowledge sharing intention. 4. There are significant positive moderating effects of social capital-relational dimension and social capital-cognitive dimension on the relationship between knowledge sharing attitude and knowledge sharing intention. This study indicates the mechanism of employees’ psychological capital and social capital on enhancing knowledge sharing. In addition, the article also suggests the management practices for the privatization enterprises and their managers. Chiung-Hui Huang 黃瓊慧 101 學位論文 ; thesis 127 zh-TW
