People start to pay more attention on their diets, and to their healthy. How to be able to enjoy delicious foods without compromising healthy has become a major concern to a lot of people, and so does the acceptance to the supplement of health food. The purpose of this research focused on the effect of different dose of health food toward the physical health. The health assessment factors based on body weight, body fat, visceral fat, basal metabolic rate of the main. Observe the improvement of health assessment factors after taking six months of health food.
Research target was drawn from health food-taking loyal customers of a certain self-branding bio-technology company in the Southern District. Analyzing the health assessment factors under different dose, and diets control using Multivariate analysis of covariance, MANCOVA, the findings are as follow:
1.The change of different dose of health food to the health assessment factors was mainly more significant on body weight.
2.The change of diets control toward health assessment factors was also more significant on the body weight.
3.No significant explanation were found between health food and diets control toward health assessment factors in this research.
