The enterprise has its own philosophy and practices, different corporate would give rise to different processes and business processes ,even some of the company's competitive sharps; For the user, when the system is able to cope with the user tasks, can enhance the users intent. This study selected a corporate self - development ERP system as a research target, and then a questionnaire to collect cases of employees within the company self developed ERP for the views, want to learn this ERP system impact on staff and also provide follow-up study the reference in ERP. Research results are as follows: 1. TAM presented each dimension significant relationship between PEOU,PU, AT and other constructs can indeed affect users of the technology for behavioral intentions to use. 2. Customized to TTF vs. PEOU in effect, there are significant differences. 3. Customized to TTF vs. PU effect, there is no significant difference.
