The topic that how to manage and use data in good effect is more important, therefore many experts are created new multiple system management tools. There is a new tool which is E-Portfolio to help students planning themselves courses and evaluating the foundation of work. It’s a kind of electronic portfolio, and it’s a new generation of innovative biographical. By keying in the information, you not only can accumulate experience from the past and plan for the future, but also that it’s the most important of promoting ourselves in seeking jobs or to further their studies. Critical Success Factors are according to analysis the superiority of organization with CSF, it can define whether the competitiveness or not, it’s the greatly enhance in organization if core competency is using in the critical success factors. This research is according to input building the system of E- portfolio, and using vote-ranking model to analysis CSF and discussion which CSF of the importance sorting. School can adjust the planning of organization, project, technology and Consultant during the intervention by the Critical Success Factors of the importance sorting to building the best group and intervention.
