Summary:碩士 === 崑山科技大學 === 電機工程研究所 === 100 === An electric bicycle (e-bike) is a bicycle with a BLDC motor used to power the vehicle, or to assist with pedaling. In this thesis, the digital signal controller dsPIC30F4011 is designed to control and drive the e-bike. The one way clutch and phases modification are also studied in this thesis. There are three open loop control methods are proposed to drive the e-bike. Since the trapezoidal EMF is induced in the rotor, the six-step pulse PWM technique is applied for the switching of motor drive. There are six power MOSFETs to be served as switches. The experimental setups are the designed motor drive, the e-bike and the bicycle magneto trainer. The loading conditions are observed and the voltages and currents are also recorded for all of conditions. The best design is chosen and the performance is improved in this thesis. E-bike is the newest personal eco-vehicle. E-bike is also a core industry of green technology. The control and drive circuits are implemented in this work. The software is realized by C program. From the experimental results, the proposed controller is well-designed and stability is guaranteed.
