A general increase of living standard in whether domestic or abroad in recent years, many customers they are willing to pay more money to buy good quality fan, especially remote control fan. A conservative estimation for the increasing demand of the fan production capacity around the world is over 30 million units per year. If less than one fifth of the ratio of projections, the annual global remote fan outputs will exceed 6 million units per year. (Ceiling fans are not yet included.) In recent years, the earth ecological pollution problems had greatly drawn our attentions, greenhouse emission gas such as carbon dioxide、methane、nitrous oxide、hexafluoride, are gradually aware by public. Manufacturers are now trying to reduce their greenhouse gas emission during production, it is really a green product revolution. This thesis presents a method for an intelligent fan control system that is remote controller is no longer needed in supply. The function of remote control can be implemented simply through our ordinary home TV or stereo remote controller. The chosen remote controller’s signal feeds into EEPROM (Electrical Erasable Read Only Memory) become a memory matrix via MCU (Micro Controller Unit), and then, the remote control functionality could be realized by searching and comparing the matrix data stored in the memory. Promote of adoption is bound to save a lot of production electricity and component costs. It is a new way of producing remote control fan that reducing either production costs or energy consumption during production process, and of course greatly reduce emission of carbon dioxide.
