碩士 === 開南大學 === 商學院碩士在職專班 === 100 === A Study of Satisfaction for Sports Games : A Case Study of Handball Athletes on 2011 National Games Abstract The study aims to understand the satisfaction on “Sports Games.” The study objects comprise participating handball athletes of the 2011 national sports games. The study emphasized on personal background variables to discuss the satisfaction and differences for sports games. The study also investigated on the satisfaction and differences on aspects such as “literary and propagation activities,” “game arrangement and process,” “sports facilities,” “personnel service,” “athletes honors and symbols,” and “referee judgment.” The study conducted data analysis through questionnaire survey with a total of 224 questionnaires issued, 198 valid questionnaires recovered, and the recovery rate reached 88.39%. The recovered questionnaires were applied with descriptive statistics and independent sample t test, single-factor variance analysis to induce the following conclusion: 1、“Game arrangement and process” is key component of the satisfaction on sports games. 2、“Sports facilities” is the secondary component of the satisfaction on sports games. 3、“Personnel service” is the third component of the satisfaction on sports games. 4、“Literary and propagation activities” is the fourth component of the satisfaction on sports games. 5、“Athletes honors and symbols” is the fifth component of the satisfaction on sports games. 6、“Referee judgment” is the last component of the satisfaction on sports games.
